Some brands cannot simply buy a video and upload it to their own ad account. If you work in fintech, telecom, health or another regulated sector, every claim has a reviewer, every post has a sign-off, and the question is not only "does it convert" but "can we publish this at all". That is where a creator campaign comes in. I created a package for exactly this situation, and this article explains how it works and when it makes more sense than standard UGC.
I should be clear about what this is not. It is not an influencer deal built on follower counts, and it is not a way around compliance. It is a structured collaboration where the content goes out on my own channels and native ads run from my handle, with room built in for the review rounds that regulated brands need.
Two different jobs: UGC for your ad account, and a campaign on a creator's channels
Most brands start with standard UGC. A creator films a talking-head video, you receive the file, and you run it from your own accounts. That is what my Starter, Step Up and Scaler packages are for:
| Option | Where the content runs | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter (€400 per video) | Your own organic channels, 12 months | Testing one creator or one product |
| Step Up (€1,100 for 3 videos) | Your own channels plus your own ad accounts (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), 12 months | Testing hooks in paid social |
| Scaler (monthly retainer) | Your own channels and ad accounts, ongoing | A steady supply of fresh creative |
| Creator Campaign (from €2,500) | My Instagram and TikTok, plus Spark Ads / Partnership Ads from my handle | Brands that want to be seen with a real face, with compliance in the loop |
The difference is whose name is on the content. With standard UGC the video is yours: it appears under your brand. With a Creator Campaign the video appears under mine, to the audience I have built, and you can then promote it as an ad that still shows my handle. For the basics of how that works, read my guide to usage rights and whitelisting.
Why big and regulated brands want this
There are a few reasons I see again and again.
- Trust. In finance, telecom and health, people are cautious. A recommendation from a real person who is open about the collaboration lands differently than a brand talking about itself.
- Native feel at scale. Ads that run from a person's handle look like content in the feed, not like an interruption. That matters when ad fatigue is a problem. I cannot promise results, but it is a format worth testing.
- Control over what is said. It sounds odd, but a campaign with a clear script, review rounds and written approvals is often easier for compliance to accept than a loose "we asked ten creators to post something".
- A single accountable partner. One creator, one agreement, one timeline, one invoice. Easier than coordinating a roster of influencers.
It is also relevant when the audience you want to reach is on a platform where your brand does not have organic traction yet. Borrowing an established voice shortens the path.
What a Creator Campaign includes
A Creator Campaign starts from €2,500 per campaign. The tagline I use is: your brand on my channels, plus native ads from my account. Concretely, it covers:
- Concept, script, shoot and edit. I develop the angle with you and deliver the finished content.
- Organic posting on my own Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Spark Ads / Partnership Ads run from my handle, so your paid media is delivered as native-looking content.
- Category exclusivity during the campaign, so I do not promote a direct competitor while yours is live.
- Compliance review rounds built into the process, for finance, telecom, health and other regulated categories.
The final price depends on scope, the number of deliverables and the length of the campaign. For larger or regulated brands I send a custom proposal within 24 hours of your message.
I do not guarantee follower counts, reach or sales. My own account is picking up: with about 2,600 followers, about five of my videos are now around 85k views or more, each with roughly 1,000 saves, 600 comments and 800 shares. I am still growing as an influencer, though, and I will not sell you a promise I cannot keep. What you do get is a clear process and content made by someone who also runs her own ads for her own brand.
How compliance review fits into the timeline
With a regulated brand, the calendar is shaped by approvals. A realistic campaign looks like this, and I plan the dates with you at the start:
- Kickoff and brief. We agree on the goal, the audience, the must-say and must-not-say points, and which team signs off. The sooner I know who reviews, the better.
- Concept and script. I send a script and hooks. This goes into your first review round, and your legal or compliance team comments.
- Revisions and sign-off on the script. I update the wording. Because of the review rounds in the package, this is not an extra cost, but I do ask for consolidated feedback instead of piecemeal comments.
- Shoot and edit. Once the script is approved, I film and edit. Standard delivery is 7 working days from an approved brief.
- Review of the finished cut. Reviewers watch the actual video, including captions and on-screen text, and approve or request changes.
- Publication and ad setup. I post on my channels on the agreed date, and the partnership or authorization is set up so your team can run the ads from my handle.
The step that most often costs time is not the filming, it is internal approval. If your review takes a week per round, plan for it. If it takes a day, you can move fast. Either way, the timeline is shaped by your process, and I would rather plan it honestly than promise a date that compliance cannot meet.
A few practical tips that save a round:
- Send the list of required disclaimers and wording at kickoff, not after the first script.
- Tell me which claims are forbidden. I will not guess in a regulated category.
- Agree on how the sponsorship is labelled on the post and in the ad, so it is clear to viewers that it is a paid collaboration.
- Name one decision-maker on your side, so feedback does not contradict itself.
Category exclusivity: what it means
Category exclusivity means I do not work with direct competitors in your category for the length of the campaign. If you are a bank, I am not promoting another bank in the same period. If you are a telecom provider, the same applies to other providers. Exactly where the line is drawn (the category, the period, the countries) is something we write down in the agreement. Exclusivity has value, so it is part of the Creator Campaign price and not an afterthought. After the campaign ends, the exclusivity ends too, unless we agree an extension.
Is a Creator Campaign right for you?
It is probably a good fit if:
- You are in a regulated or high-trust category and need a structured review process.
- You want your message to come from a person, not from a brand account.
- You are open to running ads from a creator's handle and can set up the authorization on your side.
- You value exclusivity and a clear agreement over a quick one-off post.
It is probably not the right fit if you only need raw footage for your own ad account. In that case, a standard package is cheaper and simpler. If you are unsure, my guide to hiring a UGC creator helps you decide.
Next step
If you think a creator campaign fits, tell me about your brand, the category and your timeline. You can see the type of work I do in my portfolio, and larger or regulated brands receive a custom proposal within 24 hours.
FAQ
What is a Spark Ad or Partnership Ad?
It is an ad that runs from a creator's own handle instead of your brand account. On TikTok the format is called Spark Ads, on Meta Partnership Ads. The viewer sees the creator's name and a sponsored label.
How much does a Creator Campaign cost?
From €2,500 per campaign. The final price depends on scope and length. Larger or regulated brands receive a custom proposal within 24 hours.
Are compliance review rounds really included?
Yes. The Creator Campaign is built for finance, telecom and health, so review rounds are part of the process and the timeline.
Can you work with a competitor of mine during the campaign?
No. Category exclusivity during the campaign is included.
What is the difference with Step Up or Scaler?
Step Up and Scaler deliver content for your own channels and ad accounts. A Creator Campaign puts the content on my channels and runs the ads from my handle.
